She provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and a wide range of mental health concerns. Her approach blends clinical expertise with genuine human connection - creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Sessions are collaborative and unhurried. You’ll have time to share your story, ask questions, and actively participate in decisions about your care. Treatment may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and integrative support strategies such as lifestyle guidance and coordination of care when appropriate.

From paperwork to follow-up, our process is designed to be simple, secure, and respectful of your time and privacy.
1. Schedule
Request an appointment online or by phone. We will confirm availability, insurance, and basic information.
2. Meet
During your 60 minute evaluation, we will discuss your history, current concerns, and goals in a calm, non-judgmental space.
3. Plan
Together we will create a treatment plan that may include medication, therapy referrals, and supportive lifestyle changes.
Before your visit, you will complete secure online intake forms and consent documents through our HIPAA-compliant portal.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits for adolescents and adults from the comfort of your home. You will need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a smartphone or computer with audio and video.
Do you provide therapy, or just medication management?
As a psychiatric practice, we focus on comprehensive assessment and medication management. Sessions may include supportive and psychoeducational elements, but we often collaborate with therapists in the community to ensure you have both medication and therapy support when needed.
Can you help if I am in crisis or having an emergency?
We do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 988 or 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also contact the local crisis line in your county.
