Hi, my name is Anu and welcome to my website.  I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and have been a nurse since 2005.

I believe that medication is only the beginning of treatment, not the end.  Together we will develop a plan utilizing various treatment modalities such as conventional medicine, supplements, herbal and plant based medicine, lifestyle modifications/changes, and therapy/coaching to improve your overall mental wellbeing and to help you reach your goals.  We will work together to address and identify barriers that are preventing you from moving forward and remove them in a holistic way, treating your mind, body and spirit.
